When deleting your content, this right expires as soon as all copies are removed from backups and caches.

All system e-mails (activation, password reset, notifications) are sent via Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris). Brevo acts as data processor under GDPR with EU-standard contractual clauses.
Data storage / Speicherung:
Data is stored on servers hosted in Germany (deinserverhost.de). No transfer to third countries takes place.
Right to deletion / Recht auf Löschung:
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time via admin@rhavenside.de.
7. Liability / Haftungsausschluss
Use of the forum is at your own risk. The operator provides the forum “as is” without any warranty.

Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit durch Kontaktaufnahme mit admin@rhavenside.de löschen lassen.
The operator may terminate or restrict accounts violating the rules.
Der Betreiber kann Konten sperren oder löschen, die gegen diese Regeln verstoßen.
9. Disputes / Streitigkeiten
All disputes shall be governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction is Kiel, Germany.
Es gilt deutsches Recht. Gerichtsstand ist Kiel.
10. Changes / Änderungen
The operator may update these Terms and the Privacy Policy at any time. Substantial changes will be announced in the forum and by e-mail if applicable.
